  • Morning Highlights: Navigate the winding Bac Sum Pass and stop at Heaven’s Gate for a panoramic view of Tam Son Town and the iconic Twin Mountains. Enjoy a cup of local coffee while soaking in the vistas.
  • Lunch & Discovery: Savor a traditional lunch in Tam Son Town. Afterward, we hike 4km to explore the hidden natural beauty of Lung Khuy Cave and visit Lung Tam Weaving Village to see Hmong linen craftsmanship.
  • Late Afternoon: Arrive in the tranquil Can Ty commune and take a 2km stroll to visit the famous 250-year-old Lonely Tree standing in a vast field.

Tham Ma Pass – King Palace – Ma Pi Leng – Meo Vac

Une aventure authentique et mémorable

A truly authentic immersion into Northern Vietnam. We chose the self-ride option (make sure you have your IDP!), and the route was spectacular. The landscape of the Dong Van Karst Plateau is unlike anything I’ve seen. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable about the Hmong culture, explaining the history of the King’s Palace and the local weaving traditions in Lung Tam. The 'Family Dinner' at the ecolodge in Meo Vac was the highlight—great food, local corn wine, and wonderful music. A must-do for anyone seeking real adventure

The Highlight of My Vietnam Trip!
