I had a domestic flight to catch and was worried about delays. Steve from Lost In Vietnam reassured me via WhatsApp and helped me choose the right departure time. The bus was spacious, clean, and air-conditioned. Arriving at Noi Bai Airport without having to switch buses in Hanoi was a lifesaver. Excellent service!

Punctual and professional
Exactly as advertised. The bus arrived at our Old Quarter hotel right on the dot. The drive on the new highway was smooth, and the speedboat ride was actually a fun little bonus! Great value for 250,000 VND.

Perfect for solo female travelers
I joined this tour as a solo female traveler and booked the Easy Rider option. I felt completely safe and respected the entire time. The group size was small and intimate, and our guides were true gentlemen. The poolside evenings with the group were the best part!

Highly recommend skipping the ferry!
Super fast transfer! The speedboat ride was fun and saved us a lot of time compared to the slow ferry. The bus dropped us right at our hotel. Excellent service from Lost In Vietnam team!

Excellent and punctual service
Very well organized from start to finish. They picked me up on time from my homestay. The speedboat ride was quick and fun. Taking the 5B express highway made the trip back to Hanoi so much faster than I expected. Dropping me off right at my hotel near Hoan Kiem Lake was a huge plus. Great service!
