I read many horror stories about having to switch buses and carry luggage onto the ferry with other companies, so I booked this direct bus. Best decision ever! The bus drove straight onto the ferry, we just sat and relaxed. The guide was super helpful too. Highly recommend for a stress-free transfer.

Just returned from this trip and I’m so glad we chose the boutique cruise over the big ships in Halong Bay. It felt much more intimate and private. The cabin with the balcony was absolutely stunning—waking up to that view is unforgettable! The staff were super attentive without being intrusive. If you're debating between the standard and balcony room, definitely go for the balcony!

Very professional service.
The Jeep was comfortable, the AC worked perfectly when it got too dusty, and the itinerary covered all the must-see spots without feeling rushed. We loved the visit to the Hmong King Palace

Great trip
The experience was amazing, and Lan Ha Bay is absolutely beautiful.
Sleeping overnight on the cruise made the trip even more special.
Our guide Tom truly enhanced the experience — he was passionate, super friendly, and shared a lot of interesting information everywhere we went
