The 11-seater bus is so much more comfortable than the standard ones. They picked me up right at my homestay in Tam Coc and dropped me off at my hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Very fast, punctual, and professional.

Top-notch organization from start to finish. We contacted them via WhatsApp, and they handled everything, including booking our VIP cabin bus from Hanoi directly to their office. The small group dynamic (just my partner and another lovely couple) made the whole 3-day trip feel like a fun road trip with friends rather than a commercial tour. We even got to play our own Spotify playlist through the Jeep's Bluetooth!

Perfect for Short Timelines
If you only have 3 days, this is the tour to book. Lost In Vietnam managed to fit in all the heavy hitters—Heaven’s Gate, the Lonely Tree, and the legendary Ma Pi Leng Pass—without making it feel like we were just rushing through. Everything was seamless, from the luxury VIP cabin bus transfer from Hanoi to the final drop-off. The gear provided (helmets, pads) was high quality and clean. I felt well-taken care of from start to finish. Big thanks to the team for such an epic experience!
The seats in the limousine are huge and offer plenty of legroom, which is perfect for someone tall like me. The driver was safe and the booking process via WhatsApp was very smooth. Highly recommend Lost In Vietnam

Great tour with stunning views of Ma Pi Leng Pass. Standing up in the open-top Jeep while driving through the King of Passes was an unforgettable adrenaline rush. The boat trip on the Nho Que river was perfectly timed, too
