As a tall guy, I usually struggle on Asian buses, but this one had surprisingly good legroom. The seats reclined comfortably, and they provided complimentary water. A very relaxing journey.

Super easy booking via WhatsApp
I booked our tickets via WhatsApp the day before. The staff spoke excellent English, sent me the e-tickets immediately, and gave clear instructions. The bus itself was modern, clean, and had great air conditioning.

True door-to-door convenience
Pick-up from our hotel in the Old Quarter was right on time. The best part was being dropped off directly at our hotel in Cat Ba Town. We didn't have to negotiate with any local taxis with our heavy bags. Highly recommended.

Just book it!
If you're on the fence, just book it! The motorbikes were brand new and very well maintained, which made me feel super safe. The rain gear they provided was top quality too when we hit a small shower on day 2.

Great experience even in the rain
We had some rain on the third day heading to Du Gia, but our guides provided high-quality rain coats and pants that kept us totally dry. My driver was extremely cautious on the wet roads. The professionalism and safety standards of this company are unmatched.
