The van itself was excellent. Appreciated getting picked up at the hotel and being dropped off in Ninh Binh at the eco resort which was a further 2 km away. The driving was crazy but I guess it's normal here. Would give 5 if there was clearer communication as to what's going to happen when we get closer to the destination. We have stopped at some junction, the driver went for a smoke and told everyone to get out. Then we were told to go with someone else. Now I know this is very common so not worried when it does happen.
We did the 4 days 3 nights tour and it was epic. Swimming at the Du Gia waterfall was so refreshing. The evening family dinners were a great way to bond with the group and our guides. Thank you for an unforgettable adventure!

Perfect stress-free airport transfer!
Traveling to the airport can be stressful, but this bus made it so easy. They picked us up right at our hotel in Cat Ba Town. The ride was smooth, we bypassed the crazy Hanoi city traffic entirely, and arrived at Terminal 2 exactly on time for our international flight. Highly recommend this direct service!

Fastest way to get to Cat Ba!
Absolutely the fastest way to get to Cat Ba! We skipped the massive ferry line by taking the speedboat. The bus was very clean and comfortable. Picking us up right at our hotel in the Old Quarter was super convenient. Highly recommend!
